Are you experiencing a time of transition? Are you facing difficulty with a particular challenge that is impacting your mental health? Are you hoping to speak with a caring mental health professional about a problem that you no longer want to manage alone? I look forward to creating a welcoming virtual space where you can share your concerns and where we can build a therapeutic rapport as you seek to address any barriers to your mental health and wellness. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University, passionate about providing therapy to: 1. First and second generation people impacted by im/migration, xenophobia, and racism. 2. Young adults struggling with a lack of self-worth, anxiety, depression, and sense of self due to conflict with family of origin or adverse childhood experiences. 3. Millennials and Gen Zers coping with life frustrations around employment, career, finances, relationships, boundaries, self-care, and the daily demands of “adulting.” Together, we will assess and prioritize needs, identify goals, create a treatment plan, evaluate progress, celebrate success, and make changes as necessary. I encourage you to have the courage to reach out for support today. Your mental health matters! The first move might not be easy, but together we will move through each phase on your mental health journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

After your first session, we will decide the best next step as we consider the initial assessment phase. Each session should provide clarity on what was achieved, what to expect for the next session, and your tasks in between sessions. I hope for you to feel empowered to ask questions and leave each session with tools that help you build more of the life you are imagining.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits
