What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer trauma therapy for adults who are ready to understand themselves, process their pain, and create something new. You’ll find a safe, inclusive space with a collaborative and personalized approach so you can move forward in a way that feels right for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll start by getting to know each other and making sure it feels like a good fit. From there, we’ll create a plan based on what you want to shift or feel differently about. Then we’ll do the work together using brain-based and holistic tools to support healing that lasts. Helping people heal from trauma is my passion. I’ll support you in feeling less stuck, more grounded, and more in control of your life.
