I'm so glad that you're here! My name is Sarah and I am a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about helping my clients find hope and healing. I work with clients in the state of Florida, ages 13 and up. I am passionate about working with clients who desire help navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, behavior issues, grief, and life transitions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness interventions. I work hard to ensure that each session is tailored to your needs, as every person is unique!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I place a high emphasis on a strong therapeutic alliance with all of my clients, working hard to create a warm, compassionate, and nurturing setting as we work toward our goals. I also like to assign homework each session to ensure that you are seeing progress in the things that we are talking about each week. I desire to collaborate with my clients to create goals that are tailored to their lifestyles and personal strengths. We will work together to set attainable and yet challenging goals to ensure that they are able to move forward confidently on their healing journey.
