I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in this field for about 20 years. I have worked with adults that have had struggles in all stages of life. I have experience working with clients with anxiety; depression; substance/alcohol use; PTSD; grief and more.I believe the client is the true “expert” in their own life and that my job is to guide and mentor along the way.. My goal is to provide a safe; non-judgmental; empathetic environment and to help clients understand and identify their challenges; and create goals that are unique and personalized to them.
