What do you want most in your life right now — and what challenges keep holding you back? You may be navigating the impact of life transitions, addiction, loss, or relationships that feel disconnected or strained. You might long for more ease, clarity, and trust, but feel stuck in painful or frustrating patterns. If you're ready for change, even if you're unsure where to begin, therapy is a powerful investment in yourself — one that can deepen insight, build resilience, and strengthen your connections. Together, we’ll draw on your strengths, focus on what matters most to you, and create meaningful change. My approach I bring over three years of counseling experience working with individuals, couples, and chosen families. I offer a warm, compassionate space to explore unhelpful patterns, reduce shame and self-doubt, and restore connection with yourself and those who matter most. You don’t need to have all the answers—just a willingness to show up. Our work together is client-directed, which means we center your goals and strengthen your sense of autonomy as you move toward meaningful and desired change. In my work with individuals, I draw from the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), an approach designed for healing complex and developmental trauma. NARM is strength-based, helping you move beyond survival patterns that once served you but now keep you feeling stuck, so you can cultivate deeper connection, resilience, and vitality. With couples, I use the Gottman Method, a research-based, strengths-focused approach that helps partners increase trust, reduce conflict, and create shared meaning. Together, we’ll work on practical tools for communication and connection while also honoring the deeper patterns that shape your relationship. My role is to collaborate with you, drawing on your inherent strengths and supporting you in building the kind of change that feels most authentic and sustainable.
