Sareena is an LPC who earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Georgia. She believes in sitting across from people, not diagnoses. Sessions often focus on getting your needs met, assertiveness training, and learning new coping strategies for everyday stressors. In addition to helping others, Sareena practices Brazilian jiu-jitsu and plays guitar.
