What should a new client know about working with you?
New clients should know that my style of therapy is conversational and relaxed. I do not require you to "have it all figured out" prior to therapy, and certainly don't need you to find pretty words to describe your current feelings or situation. In fact we can even work on finding the descriptive words (some of those words might be *colorful* and that's ok :-)
Please show up as authentically as possible, express your thoughts and challenges as you see fit and we can figure out the rest together.
