She holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from the University of South Florida. Sarita believes in treating everyone with unconditional positive regard, respect, and compassion. Her therapy style is warm, non-judgmental, nurturing, and kind. Sarita will help you work towards your goals using a holistic mind/body/spirit approach based on your strengths. She will meet you where you are, creating a safe space for you to feel heard and understood, make positive changes, and lead a more fulfilling life, focusing on self-care and finding balance. Sarita's main goal is to support and empower you. She loves to travel and enjoys experiencing different cultural traditions, having lived in eight countries on five continents. Sarita also loves animals, nature, delicious food, spending time with loved ones, and curling up on the couch with her fur-babies watching a good movie.
