Hi there, I'm Sarvenaz! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's in Psychology from Goddard College. I enjoy the creativity, exploration, and playfulness that comes with being a therapist. I am honored to support my clients in their journey towards freedom. My approach I have a decolonizing trauma-informed approach to counseling and use an eclectic blend of modalities including expressive therapies, mindfulness, and EMDR. My focus I work with adults ages 18+, focusing on neurodiversity, gender-affirming care, and anti-racism. My communication style Feeling comfortable with your therapist is the most important thing.
