I have been doing this work for over 10 years because I genuinely care about helping people move forward. My approach is warm but honest and direct—I will support you and also give you the tools and space you need to grow. My Style is: Straightforward – Honest and clear, but always respectful. Practical – Tools that work in everyday life, not just theory. Explorative – Space to reflect deeply in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
