I have worked with hundreds of clients with a broad range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress Maleagement, trauma, and coping with medical diagnoses. I am an open-minded and non-judgmental therapist who draws from various modalities such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, DBT, among others. There is no one approach that fits all needs so I tailor my therapy to each individual client. My therapeutic style is warm and empathetic, while still offering direct feedback. I will meet you where you're at and help you to make changes where you need, or want to. Therapy can be new, exciting, and maybe a little scary at first, but investing in yourself and your mental health will always be worth it.
