In session, I'm equal parts cheerleader and thoughtful guide. I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I focus on creating a space that feels safe, relaxed, and real—more like a coffee date with a great listener than a cold, clinical appointment. I'm strengths-based at heart, always quick to spot the good in people and help them use those strengths to tackle the hard stuff.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I also love taking big, complicated ideas—like how our brains process information or why emotions sometimes feel “too much”—and breaking them down into simple, relatable terms. I believe that when we truly understand ourselves, we’re better able to show ourselves compassion, make intentional choices, and move toward the kind of life that actually fits who we are.

Our billing office will submit claims for individuals utilizing BCBS PPO policies. For all other clients, you will be provided a "superbill" which will contain all the information required for you to submit for reimbursements from your policy. Our billing team is available to address any questions you may have. Sliding scale fees may be available for families unable to afford the full fees.
