Hello! My name is Savannah, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I specialize in working with adults who are seeking help for depression, anxiety, tobacco cessation, life adjustments, stress, and more. I help by using a trauma-informed approach that is nonjudgmental and empowering. I have experience working with people with disabilities, survivors of domestic violence, and helping people quit smoking cigarettes. I am passionate about therapy because I truly believe that therapy works. I have seen lives changed for the better and had my own life changed by therapy. I'm excited for the chance to work with you on moving towards positive change!

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach combines Person-Centered therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to understand your unique perspective, utilize your own motivation, and help you make changes to move forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Don't know exactly what your goals are? We'll figure it out together! Already have defined goals? We'll figure out a plan to help you meet them! My practice is unique because you are unique - you know yourself better than anyone, and I believe in a collaborative, dynamic relationship that draws on that knowledge for therapy that fits you and your goals.
