What should a new client know about working with you?

My work integrates Somatic EMDR with an IFS parts-based approach, blending insight and body-based healing. I also draw from my training in Compassionate Inquiry, which helps inform a therapeutic process rooted in curiosity, respect, and deep listening. Whether we’re working to process trauma, rebuild trust in your body, or explore long-held patterns with compassion, I aim to co-create a space where your inner wisdom can guide your healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The process of finding a therapist can be scary and intimidating. I ultimately want you to find the best fit for you and your goals. Free consultations are offered. I'm currently accepting new clients M-F. I look forward to meeting you!
