I am a seasoned LCSW. I grew up on the East Coast and came to the mid west for college; and ended up staying here. I have worked in several areas including children; adolescences; adults and addiction. I spent a majority of my time the the community mental health setting prior to working more in addictions. I enjoy helping people find a way through life that brings them the most joy. I am very upfront and honest in my therapy; but also very compassionate and understanding. Ultimately therapy sessions are about you; the client and your needs.
