Hi there, I'm Scarlett! My name is Scarlett Ritoch, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) practicing in California. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. As a therapist, I strive to provide an accepting, safe space where you can bring your authentic self without fear of judgment. I enjoy working with individuals of diverse backgrounds who are seeking to better understand themselves and the causes of discontentment in their lives. My approach I use a client-centered approach that acknowledges the client as the expert of their own life. I also incorporate CBT, narrative, and solution-focused interventions. I believe there is no "one size fits all" version of therapy, tailoring my approach to what each client needs and wants. I hope to help you build on what you already know about yourself and safely explore parts of you that may not have been seen in a while—or ever!
