What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm a retired military service member, husband, father, and grandfather. I've experienced my fair share of difficulties in life and understand that sometimes getting some help is needed. There is no real reason to let unfinished business, and the resulting stress, get in the way of living life to its fullest potential so let's talk.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use evidence-based treatment practices paired with complimentary and integrative methods to help each client improve their ability to handle life's challenges.
