My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices. I am committed to creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship that fosters growth and healing. With a focus on compassion and respect, I aim to empower you to navigate life's difficulties and develop resilience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a dedicated mental health counselor, I provide individual therapy services to help you navigate life's challenges. Through a compassionate, personalized and sometimes humorous approach, I aim to support you in achieving emotional well-being and personal growth. I specialize In Eye Movement desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) for trauma. I am certified through EMDRIA. I work collaboratively with my clients, drawing from a wide variety of theorectical orientations, to provide the most effective personally tailored therapy.
