He is also committed to helping those affected by alcohol and drug use issues, ADHD, and childhood behavior concerns. By blending techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and faith-based interventions with mindfulness and family therapy, Sean customizes each treatment plan to align with the clients personal values, goals, and cultural identity. Outside the therapy room, Sean enjoys spending quality time with his family, engaging in crafts and miniatures, reading about criminal psychology, exploring Arizonas outdoors, and staying immersed in technology and the arts. These interests reflect his creativity, curiosity, and commitment to lifelong learning”qualities that enhance his clinical work and therapeutic relationships.
