On the outside, life might look fine, but inside, you may be carrying more than anyone realizes. Maybe you’re navigating change, feeling disconnected, or just exhausted from keeping it all together. You don’t have to do it alone. This is a space where you can exhale, be fully seen, and begin to reconnect with yourself and with others. Your story matters here, and healing is possible. Together, we’ll create room for clarity and growth. If you’re ready to feel more at home in yourself, I’ll walk with you every step of the way. I support individuals ready to grow from the inside out through life transitions, relationship struggles, and the quiet weight of holding it all together. Using EFT, mindfulness, parts work, and somatic practices, we’ll slow down, feel more fully, and deepen your connection with yourself and those you love. You don’t need to have all the answers to begin. Every journey starts with a single step, and if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply longing for change, know that you don’t have to walk it alone. Whatever you’re carrying, you are worthy of support and compassion. When the time feels right, I would be honored to walk beside you on your journey.
