Sean will be receiving his master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in Fall 2023 from Hofstra University. He has worked with a variety of populations, ranging from children as young as 4 years old through adolescents and young adults. Sean supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and more. His experience also includes working with high-risk and severely mentally ill populations. Sean continues to gain experience through his practicum, as well as a year working with an ACT Team and group homes within the community. Sean utilizes a mix of approaches such as CBT and Person-Centered therapy to help his clients. He provides a comfortable and safe space without judgment, allowing clients to express themselves freely. His main goal is to help clients feel motivated and comfortable with their lifestyle every day, while continuing to grow and improve in areas they want or need.
