I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges and find a healthy life balance. I work with individuals who struggle with depression; anxiety; addiction; and trauma. I also have the honor of working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to support clients in achieving emotional well-being and personal growth.
