With a diverse background and an MA in counseling, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My experience has allowed me to work with individuals dealing with anxiety, eating disorders, multicultural and diversity issues, anger management, ADHD, autism spectrum support, depression, family relationships, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ support, OCD, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, stress, and trauma. This broad experience has maximized growth potential within the therapeutic relationship. I utilize reality therapy and choice theory, which do not dwell on the past but focus on how to live in the present and not allow the past to stunt growth or dictate the future. Currently, I use video conferencing so that you can have treatment from wherever you are most comfortable. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to become the best version of yourself. Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about creating a warm and inclusive environment for all my clients. I understand the unique challenges that come with different life experiences and am here to support you through them.
