Welcome. I am a licensed Psychotherapist with a Master's in Social Work from New York University. My practice goal is to help you experience symptom relief and improve the quality of your life and relationships. I believe that a strong client-provider alliance is the cornerstone of effective therapy. Personal trust, an integrative holistic approach, and client-centered therapy are the focus of my practice. Therapy is a rare opportunity for complete honesty and attention to self without the constraints of our other relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our free consultation and the sessions that follow will feel like conversations with a trusted ally. Psychodynamic psychotherapy focuses on early relationships to uncover the origins of our unconscious thoughts and feelings. These unconscious influences shape our perceptions of self and others, cause psychological symptoms and strain relationships. Exploring these influences empowers clients and couples to override unwanted patterns, and experience a more expansive emotional life. Your unique circumstances will drive our sessions. Whether it's confusion, a crisis, or the hope to inoculate your relationship against something that brings you to therapy, I can help. ?
