Welcome. I am a licensed Psychotherapist with a Master's in Social Work from New York University. I offer free consultations so we can assess how I can help you experience symptom relief and improve the quality of your life and relationships. Therapy is a rare opportunity for complete honesty and attention to self without the constraints of our other relationships. Personal trust, an integrative holistic approach, and client-centered therapy are the focus of my practice.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer individual psychotherapy sessions for adults as well as couple's therapy. Anxiety, depression, and dissatisfaction with life or relationships are among the many hardships psychotherapy can help with. Whether it's confusion, a crisis, or the hope to inoculate your relationship against something that brings you to therapy, I can help. ?

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Psychodynamic psychotherapy focuses on early relationships to uncover the origins of our unconscious thoughts and feelings. These unconscious influences shape our perceptions of self and others, cause psychological symptoms and strain relationships. Exploring these influences empowers clients to override unwanted patterns, and experience a more expansive emotional life.
