Getting to know Seema Sharma
Hi, I'm Seema. I help clients who are looking to dig deep learn skills to heal from past wounds while developing a deep understanding of their true selves. I support clients who are motivated to ?do the work? in living extraordinary lives filled with connection, grounding, and expansion. I believe healing is holistic and includes the mind, body, and soul. My approach helps clients connect to their own needs, feelings, and wants so they can trust themselves and live the life they desire, honoring their authentic and genuine selves and purpose.
When we struggle, it affects all parts of us?how we operate in the world, our relationships, and the way we speak to ourselves. I guide my clients in doing a deep dive into their conditioning, helping them recognize the patterns and behaviors that have held them back, and then supporting them in constructing the new future they want. Healing encompasses not only the mind but also the body and soul?our sense of who we are, our purpose, and our meaning on this planet.
I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, which informs my holistic and integrative approach to healing and growth.
