The first step toward healing through grief, trauma, abuse, life transitions, and other difficult seasons of life can be incredibly heavy. As a bilingual therapist, I’ve had the privilege of supporting domestic violence and/or sexual assault survivors and their family members over the past several years from diverse backgrounds. I am passionate about offering a warm, culturally sensitive approach that focuses on building on your strengths. I am currently training in EMDR and have specialized training in CFTSI and TF-CBT to help clients process trauma and to truly heal from the inside out.
