In our sessions, we move at your pace. We explore what you’re feeling, identify the patterns shaping your life, and build practical tools you can use every day. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic therapy to create a personalized experience that fits your needs. Over time, clients gain clarity, emotional balance, and confidence in themselves. Each step is taken together.

Selenny brought me back from a very dark place in my life. Her ability to listen and provide positive feedback, along with the ability to help me extract emotions that I have suppressed for years, which allowed me to begin my healing process.
