Helping Women, Teens, and Young Adults Rebuild After Life's Hardest Transitions Life hasn't turned out the way you expected. Maybe you're healing from the end of a relationship, navigating a difficult co-parenting situation, carrying financial stress, or wondering how you lost yourself while taking care of everyone else. Or perhaps you're a teen or young adult trying to manage anxiety, friendships, family conflict, or the pressure of figuring out who you are and where you belong. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone. I know personally how life can change in ways we never planned for. As a single mother, I've navigated challenging co-parenting dynamics, rebuilt my life away from friends and family, and learned how to find my footing during seasons of uncertainty and change. Those experiences taught me that healing isn't about having all the answers—it's about finding the courage to take the next step, even when the path ahead isn't fully clear. Today, I help teens, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and life's biggest transitions. Together, we'll create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more peaceful, confident, and authentic. What It's Like to Work With Me I believe healing begins when you feel safe enough to be honest about what you're carrying and supported enough to move forward. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I'll meet you where you are while helping you better understand yourself, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I often help clients who are struggling with: Anxiety and overwhelming emotions Depression Trauma and painful life experiences Relationship and co-parenting challenges Grief and loss Self-confidence and self-worth Financial stress and the emotional impact of money Major life transitions

What should a new client know about working with you?

A Bit About Me Some of our greatest growth happens during the seasons we never would have chosen for ourselves. My own journey has taught me that resilience isn't about never struggling. It's about learning to trust yourself again after life has changed. Outside the therapy room, I'm a big kid at heart. I love watching cartoons, playing video games, and exploring new places. Those interests help me connect naturally with teens while reminding me that curiosity, creativity, and play are valuable at every stage of life. That same curiosity shows up in therapy. Growth doesn't always come from having the right answers—it often begins with being willing to see yourself and your future in a new way. My Approach I take a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Every person's story is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll work to: Better understand your emotions and patterns Heal from painful experiences Develop practical coping strategies Build healthier relationships and boundaries Strengthen self-confidence and resilience Create a life that feels more balanced and aligned with your values

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together, we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your inner resilience, and build healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. Who I Work Best With I work especially well with: Women rebuilding after difficult relationships or divorce Single parents navigating co-parenting challenges Teens navigating anxiety, friendships, family changes, self-esteem, and identity Young adults adjusting to college, independence, relationships, and life's next chapter Adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma People facing major life transitions or financial stress Anyone ready to create healthier patterns and a more fulfilling life
