I've been an alternative-minded therapist and wellness practitioner for a decade, with degrees in clinical social work and counseling psychology specializing in clinical mental health. In May 2026, I completed a Nutrition and Community Health certification. I manage a remote and holistic tele-therapy practice (Savi Counseling Services, LLC) which I launched in early 2024. I implement a variety of behavioral treatments, including somatic/body work when relevant for handling trauma, grief, and stress. I aim to provide comfort in navigating life's intricacies, guiding you towards becoming the best version of yourself and finding self-empowerment in your healing journey. I apply trauma-informed and compassion-focused methods to assist in foundation-building for healing, identifying problematic areas of your life and introducing real life skills and solutions. As a professional mental health counselor and psycho-spiritual guide, authenticity is key. Direct communication and confronting challenges are balanced with respect and compassion. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space enabling you to build coping skills and discover a new sense of self. Within our therapy space you are free to express your emotions.
