“Seth was very pleasant and created a safe space. As our sessions went on, I did start to notice however it seemed he wasn’t as attentive and there were actually moments where I would mention something and bring it up again later and it was basically as if it was his first time hearing it. This happened on more than one occasion so it made me feel as if I wasn’t being listened to fully. I also feel like our sessions didn’t have a whole lot of direction or structure which for some clients may work, but personally I wanted more input and for my provider to guide me and encourage me to open up and ask more questions.
It did feel as if he didn’t necessarily completely review prior notes on previous sessions. Ultimately I just feel a different provider will be a better fit, but overall Seth is a great professional and helped me sort through some things, but hopefully this feedback will help improve his services. Everyone’s experience is different and I am truly thankful for all of his help. ”

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
