I am the founder and CEO of Three Figs Counseling Center. I am a Licensed and Marriage Family Therapist (#110795) in California in Davis, CA. Currently, the practice is remote and we are able to offer clients telehealth sessions in the states of California, Vermont and Idaho. My work with teens, adults, and couples is customized to the needs of my clients. I combine Emotion-focused therapy, Attachment-based therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy as each client’s need differs. I am a Perinatal Mental Health specialist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. This passion grew after having my son and having a profound postpartum experience. This experience called me to help other moms, find connection, create space for healing themselves while caring for a little one, and create resources that support them in continuing to be moms. I specialize in supporting families through pregnancy loss, grief, birth trauma, parenting NICU babies, medically-ill or special needs children, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, adjusting to parenthood and partner conflicts after becoming parents. The journey to parenthood can be difficult, isolating, and all-encompassing, but you do not have to do it without support. I’d love to support you on your journey. From the moment we connect on the phone, my focus has been to learn your goals and needs for therapy. Therapy can have a lasting and meaningful effect on your life. I want to make sure we are a good fit. And this is precisely why I take the time for a phone consultation.
