What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you will leave each session with a sense of security in a safe and supportive space—one where you can be vulnerable without judgment. Through our work together, you will develop confidence, self-trust, self-compassion, and a deeper sense of identity and worth. You can leave knowing that the choices you make are aligned with your well-being and a more productive, fulfilling life. My role is to walk alongside you, meeting you where you are, while gently guiding you toward growth and change at your own pace. At times, I may offer advocacy or a therapeutic push if I see it serving your progress, but always in a way that honors you readiness and autonomy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work begins with understanding your story, your strengths, and the goals you want to achieve. From there, I integrate a variety of evidence-based practices such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, or trauma-informed care based on what fits you best. Sessions are collaborative, client-driven, and focused on creating both insight and practical solutions. The process is fluid; we move as you’re ready, sometimes pausing to deepen understanding, and other times challenging unhelpful patterns so that meaningful change can take place.
