Getting to know Shahin Carrigan
I have received my doctorate in Psychology from UCLA, with an emphasis on education. After nearly twenty years of teaching at the University of California and California State Universities, I pursued a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT). I have been in private practice in Southern California for 20 years, working in tandem with many psychiatrists to provide follow-up treatment and medication management for mutual patients. I am also a certified ADHD testing, diagnosis, and treatment specialist. The test results, which are done by remotely through the use of a computer, are accepted by school districts, universities, workplaces, and for medication prescriptions. With my diverse background in education, teaching, and psychology, I have been able to help numerous individuals to achieve their goals in all areas of their lives, such as school, career, relationships, marriage, and parenting.
