Life can become overwhelming when you're managing stress, family responsibilities, relationship difficulties, grief, past experiences, or major life changes while still trying to keep everything together. Sometimes you need a space where you can put everything else aside, focus on yourself, and feel genuinely heard. I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with more than 10 years of experience in the social work field. I have supported children, adolescents, adults, and families across school, community, child welfare, correctional, behavioral health, and clinical settings. My experience includes individual and family therapy, school social work, Child Study Team case management, child welfare, crisis intervention, parent education, and case management. I work with clients experiencing trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family challenges, life transitions, stress, emotional concerns, and other circumstances that may leave them feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsure of what to do next. As a Christian therapist, I also welcome the integration of Christian faith, spirituality, prayer, and faith-based principles into therapy for clients who desire it. Faith integration is always based on your preferences and comfort level. Clients of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome.
