Hi there! I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with a passion for helping emerging adults and adults live their best lives. I received my Master’s degree in counseling from Northwestern University in 2015, and since then, I have worked in a variety of settings to provide therapy to individuals struggling with a range of issues. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, family of origin issues, attachment issues, self-esteem, boundary setting, and perfectionism. I have worked with clients of all ages, from children to older adults, and have experience treating a wide variety of presenting issues and needs. My therapeutic approach is centered around creating a warm and empathic environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions and experiences. I use psychodynamic and client-centered therapy to help clients better understand themselves and their relationships with others. Additionally, depending on the client’s needs, I may incorporate other evidence-based treatment modalities such as ACT and CBT. Whether you are struggling with a specific issue or simply want to explore your emotions and experiences in a safe and supportive space, I am here to help. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you would like to schedule a consultation or learn more about my services.
