I’ve been working with individuals facing trauma and major life stressors since 2012. Then, I faced my own struggles with fertility and postpartum anxiety—and suddenly, all of my clinical training had a deeply personal layer. It helped me integrate my expertise in trauma and anxiety with a specialized focus on the perinatal period. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), I support clients through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, birth trauma, loss, and everything in between. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based methods—including EMDR, Brainspotting, and mindfulness tools—to help you regulate your nervous system, process painful experiences, and reconnect with yourself. In therapy, you’ll find a space that’s validating, nonjudgmental, and practical. You’ll build real-life tools to manage the day-to-day, explore patterns that keep you stuck, and learn how to move forward with more calm, clarity, and confidence.
