What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with children, teens, and adults, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, social anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and the effects of trauma. My approach to therapy is client-centered and highly personalized. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” path to healing, and I work collaboratively with each client to understand their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we focus on building insight, developing effective coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change. In addition to individual therapy, I also work with families to strengthen communication, establish healthy boundaries, and work through conflict in a supportive and constructive way. I integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities to best meet each client’s needs, including Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), EMDR therapy, and art therapy techniques.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take pride in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and empowered. My goal is to tailor each session to meet your individual needs and help you build the tools for lasting growth and healing. I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey toward emotional wellness.
