My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR Therapy, and Art Therapy to help clients build healthier coping skills, process difficult experiences, and develop greater confidence and emotional balance.

Whether you are working through past trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, or simply seeking personal growth, my goal is to help you gain the tools and insight needed to move forward with clarity and confidence.
