I approach therapy in an "unorthodox" way. I am person-centered and reach clients on their level emotionally and psychologically. I create safe places for my clients and ensure them they will not feel judged and will be heard.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once a client expresses interest in my services, I make initial contact with them to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This will provide me with a synopsis of their presenting problems, discuss how the therapeutic process would go if they would like to proceed, and allow clients to ask any questions they may have. This process ensures my client and I are on the same page with services and ultimately see if we are a good fit for one another to enter a therapeutic relationship.
