Hello, I'm Meka, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Sex Educator, Life Coach, Author, and Motivational Speaker. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Jacksonville University and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. As the founder and CEO of In-to-Mate Counseling Services, LLC, based in Georgia, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their personal and relational challenges since 2012.
My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, understanding, and a deep commitment to my clients' well-being. I specialize in trauma, infertility, maternal mental health, intimacy, LGBTQI+ support, and grief therapy. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with more than 250 clients, guiding them through life's complexities and helping them achieve more fulfilling lives.
