What should a new client know about working with you?

My practice is out-of-network and if you have an out-of-network plan, it may be that most or all of the session costs will be reimbursed if you have met your out-of-network deductible. Either way, I provide monthly superbills to each client to submit for partial or full reimbursement, depending on their insurance plan.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My practice integrates a wide variety of therapeutic approaches to address relationship challenges, past trauma, emotional regulation, personality disorders, anger management, depression, anxiety, identity shifts, substance use/abuse, self-development, mental health challenges, intimacy, life transitions, career changes, legal involvement and grief & loss. I invite you to reach out to me with any questions you may have about my practice, theoretical orientations and professional experience. I offer 20-minute complimentary phone or video consultations, so that we may meet to explore the possibility of working together. Take care and warm regards, Shana
