Hi, my name is Shana, and I use she/her pronouns.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, a bit lost, or even detached? Have you felt alone or struggled to find the motivation to take the next step?
I work with anyone who is open to learning about their capacity and functioning within it to create the change necessary for growth and progress. Together, we can identify your needs and develop plans to achieve them.
My approach combines a whole-self perspective with evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
No matter what you're facing-whether addiction, anxiety, or depression-I'm here to support you.
The hardest part is often getting started, which also takes the most strength. You deserve this opportunity to work on yourself and access everything you need to become the best version of yourself. I will meet you where you are and guide you through every step of the way. Let's begin your next chapter together!
I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of South Florida, which informs my compassionate and effective approach to care.
What should a new client know about working with you?
During our first session, you can expect us having a conversation to allow me to get more of an idea of what your needs are. We will then create a plan, identify some goals, and spend time working to achieve said goals. In future sessions, should this need to be adjusted, know that we can!

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
