I have more than 25 years building trusted relationships with children, adolescents, adults, and families. As a Michigan LLMSW, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy using evidence-based approaches to support healing, resilience, and lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solutions-Focused, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. Other therapy modalities I use include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, tailored to the client's unique needs. In our first session we'll explore what brings you to therapy, identify your goals, and create a personalized plan to help you build practical coping skills, heal and move forward with confidence.
