I offer phone and video sessions through a secure portal for clients who are distancing or quarantined. Have you been struggling with feeling sad, lacking the energy to get through your day, or feeling overwhelmed with worry? I believe that each individual possesses strength and resilience, and sometimes it takes work to recognize the unique qualities and character you have. I want to help you on your journey to discovering your strengths and support you through moments that have challenged you in the past and present, so you can create a better future. My approach to therapy is client-centered. I will meet you where you are and support you in achieving your goals. I have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, survivors of domestic violence, autism, and borderline personality disorder. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, effective care. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
