What should a new client know about working with you?

I create a relaxed atmosphere with an informal, friendly communication style, allowing you to express yourself freely. Therapy is ultimately a partnership. I work alongside you, guiding and supporting your journey with an approach tailored to your needs, and your feedback is invaluable for productive sessions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session focuses on creating a safe space for open communication, emphasizing connection and support. We'll start by establishing a partnership essential for effective therapy, including some conversation about what brought you to therapy, any immediate issues, past experiences, and/or current challenges, in a supportive and judgment-free environment. We'll begin to identify goals, establish a desired frequency for your sessions, and develop a clearer understanding of your therapeutic journey and a roadmap for future sessions.
