What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me means showing up just as you are—no pressure, no perfection required. I create a space that’s warm, non-judgmental, and tailored to your pace. We’ll focus on what you need most, whether that’s clarity, healing, growth, or all of the above.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. In our initial sessions, we’ll focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and gaining a clear understanding of the concerns bringing you in—emotionally, relationally, or situationally. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to explore patterns, identify underlying themes, and develop insights that support meaningful growth. I take a relational and reflective approach, helping you increase self-awareness, process experiences, and strengthen your internal resources. Throughout our work, I remain attentive to your needs and goals, adjusting the pace and direction as needed. Therapy is not about fixing, but about understanding—together we’ll hold space for both the challenges and the possibilities.

She’s amazing!
Shannon has changed my mindset and has played a MAJOR role in contributing to my healing and growth journey. I’ve had other therapists prior to her and none have actually been as thorough, as genuine, as real, as caring, as attentive, as invested in me like Shannon has. I’m glad I’m in this journey with her; I don’t have to look any further.
