Hi, I’m Shannon—a Licensed Professional Counselor, therapist, educator, and wellness advocate who believes therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be honest, understood, and empowered to grow. I bring warmth, authenticity, humor, and real-life perspective into the work I do. I am married and have four children. I currently reside in Middle GA but originally from Mississippi. I have been in practice for over 16 years and what can I say I love my job. So much so I have extended my expertise to becoming a Certified Holistic Therapist (will be done in two months!). I know many clients don't know exactly what they want when they come to therapy but I feel like that is ok as long as you come with an open mind and willing to learn but most importantly be an active participant in your treatment! Glad to have you here!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
