Have you ever felt like life was moving so fast, and when you finally stopped to look at where you are, you wondered, “How did I get here?”, or “Who have I become? I don’t even recognize myself anymore?” You might have these and various other feelings about yourself and your relationship. All of these thoughts and feelings are common. My approach I want to assist you and give you the tools to get back to the life you want, as well as the relationship you desire. Get the joy you deserve! As a relationship-focused therapist, my goal is to help you cultivate a life worth celebrating by uncovering your true potential. My mission is to help adults and couples be happier. My focus My focus is to promote strong and significant relationships between partners. My specialty is Couples Therapy (seriously, dating, engaged, and married), and I am trained in various couples therapy models. I provide an environment for individuals and couples to express their true thoughts and feelings, and work to reach their full potential. My communication style I provide a warm approach. I carefully work to find out your challenges, and work together to build a plan that will help you gain the tools and skills that can help. My journey to mental healthcare I always wanted to help people in some capacity. After much thought, I realized that therapy is what I wanted to do. I obtained my bachelor's in social work and really enjoyed what I was doing, so I went back to school to further my education. After many years of experience, I discovered that couples and individuals were my passion. My goals for you I listen to you discuss your current challenges, and we develop a plan to help those challenges. My first session with you During your first session, I work to get to know you and your needs. I provide a safe space for you to share your thoughts and feelings.
