All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I love working with clients who are seeking to identify and change patterns in thought, communication, and relationships. My clients are individuals experiencing struggles and roadblocks in how they view and interact with themselves and others. I enjoy helping people grow in awareness of what is causing their issues and learn how to effect change in their lives and relationships. I offer a safe place to experience and process emotions, identify unhelpful patterns, and learn healthy coping skills. My approach is tailored to each client. Everyone is different-we all have unique needs, personalities, preferences, and viewpoints. Let's work together to create a healthier you! I hold a Master's in Social Work from Fayetteville State University and a Bachelor's degree from North Carolina A&T State University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.
